Let the games begin!!

The Wellness games start this coming Sunday January 1st! For the first six weeks of the year we will be a having different games/themes to get you started toward your goal of total wellness. Each week you can recieve medal's for your participation and at the end of the six weeks your medals will be turned into point values and added to the points turned in from the first months incentive program form. The dispatchers with the most points (top 3) will recieve gift cards to a location of your choice totally $20 for Bronze, $30 for Silver and $50 for Gold!

Starting the New Year off right!

On January 1st 2012 Utah Valley Dispatch is going to be kicking off a Wellness Program. It's no secret that the life of a dispatcher is hectic, it can also be tempting to fall into some unhealthy habits. The Wellness Program is going to try to help combat those unhealthy habits by giving you inspiration and motiviation to start and keep healthy ones. There will be an incentive program on going through out the year that will be tied into our Star Program. We'll also be introducing the Wellness Games, that will have a new and different way each week to help kick start a healthier lifestyle.

There will also be a new blog each week detailing what's going on with the program as well as other information that will be geared to helping each of you start healthy habits.
